📩 How to Request a Refund

  • Contact LOTT support via live chat or support ticket.

  • Provide your Wallet name and details about the account you want refunded.

⏳ Refund Eligibility & Processing

  • Refunds can be requested if:

    • Your ad account was blocked

    • You decide not to use an active account

  • Refunds are processed within a few business days, depending on your payment method.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

🛡️ Understanding Account Ownership

  • Ad accounts provided by LOTT are rented, not owned outright.

  • Some accounts are partner-owned (may involve external conditions).

  • LOTT-owned accounts stay under full control — ensuring better account stability.
