How to Request an Ad Account:
Log in to your LOTT dashboard.
Click the βRequest Ad Accountβ button.
Select the desired platform: Meta (Facebook), Google, or TikTok.
Complete the required information.
Click βSubmitβ to send your request.
β‘ Ad accounts are usually delivered within 24 hours, including weekends.
βΉοΈ Time Zone Tip:
If you're asked to choose a time zone, pick one that aligns with your target region.
Time zones can't be changed later.

Choosing the Right Ad Account Type:
When submitting your request, you can choose between:
Whitehat Ad Accounts β Used for advertising products and services that fully comply with Meta's advertising policies.
Recommended for compliant campaigns with low policy risk.
Greyhat / Blackhat Ad Accounts β Used for advertising products that do not comply with Meta's advertising policies.
These accounts are intended for experienced advertisers running higher-risk or restricted offers.

πΌ Adding Funds to Your LOTT Wallet
To add balance to your LOTT Wallet:
Navigate to Wallet: Access the Wallet page in your LOTT dashboard.
βEnter Amount: Specify the amount you wish to add.
βClick "+ Add Balance": Confirm your entry.
βMake a Bank Transfer: Use the provided reference number in one of the following formats:
βDash-separated: e.g., 04578-000185
βShort format: e.g., 000185β

Processing Time:
Funds are typically added instantly upon receipt.
βEnsure the correct reference number is used to avoid delays.
βWithout a reference number, processing may take up to 1 business day.

π Requesting a Top-Up for Your Ad Account
Once your wallet is funded:
Go to Ad Accounts
Click "Request Top-Up"
Enter the desired amount
Submit your request

LOTT offers both instant top-ups and frequent top-up rounds throughout the day.
π Instant Top-Ups: Some ad accounts support automated top-ups that process immediately
βπ Scheduled Rounds: Other accounts are processed in multiple rounds daily, including evenings and weekends
If your request is urgent, feel free to contact support for priority handling.
π Checking Your Top-Up Status
For automatic top-ups, a confirmation will appear in your dashboard
βFor manual top-ups, check Wallet > Top-Ups
π° Viewing Remaining Ad Account Balance
To check your live ad account balance:
Log in to Meta Business Manager
βSelect your ad account
βGo to Billing β View Details

Go to the Invoices tab in your LOTT dashboard
βSort by date or amount
βClick to open your invoice and find the Invoice ID
βUse this ID as your payment reference when making a transfer
