To add balance to your LOTT Wallet:

  1. Navigate to Wallet: Access the Wallet page in your LOTT dashboard.

  2. Enter Amount: Specify the amount you wish to add.

  3. Click "+ Add Balance": Confirm your entry.
    ​

  4. Make a Bank Transfer: Use the provided reference number in one of the following formats:
    ​

    • Dash-separated: e.g., 04578-000185
      ​

    • Short format: e.g., 000185​
      ​

Processing Time:

  • Funds are typically added instantly upon receipt.
    ​

  • Ensure the correct reference number is used to avoid delays.
    ​

  • Without a reference number, processing may take up to 1 business day.

Once your wallet is funded:

  1. Go to Ad Accounts

  2. Click "Request Top-Up"

  3. Enter the desired amount

  4. Submit your request

LOTT offers both instant top-ups and frequent top-up rounds throughout the day.

  • πŸš€ Instant Top-Ups: Some ad accounts support automated top-ups that process immediately

  • πŸ”„ Scheduled Rounds: Other accounts are processed in multiple rounds daily, including evenings and weekends

If your request is urgent, feel free to contact support for priority handling.

  • For automatic top-ups, a confirmation will appear in your dashboard

  • For manual top-ups, check Wallet > Top-Ups

πŸ’° Viewing Remaining Ad Account Balance

To check your live ad account balance:

  1. Log in to Meta Business Manager
    ​

  2. Select your ad account
    ​

  3. Go to Billing β†’ View Details

🧾 Accessing Invoices

  1. Go to the Invoices tab in your LOTT dashboard
    ​

  2. Sort by date or amount
    ​

  3. Click to open your invoice and find the Invoice ID
    ​

  4. Use this ID as your payment reference when making a transfer
    ​

Example formats:

  • Short: 010950
    ​

  • Full: 04123-010950 (Client ID + Invoice ID)
    ​


⚠️ Troubleshooting Reference Numbers

  • Incorrect reference used? β†’ Send support a screenshot of your payment

  • Bank app limits characters? β†’ Use the short format

  • If your transfer is in a different currency (e.g. EUR to USD), you can convert in the Wallet
