To manage profiles in your Business Manager, go to Users > People.'

Most of the time, the invitation needs to be approved by another admin. ✅
To accept the invitation, go to Requests > Access Review and click Accept.
The invited user will receive an email to complete the process and join your Business Manager. 📧
